See What's Going On At Camp This Summer!

Your child's week at camp will be filled with fun activities that will bring your camper closer to God and nature. There will be opportunities to worship, learn, and build life long relationships with other young Christians.  Every evening at Vesper Point we invite a speaker to share God's word.  All the while we sit in awe of the sunset that closes on the horizon as we worship our awesome God.  Bring your creativity, talents, and friends to praise the on that gave us life.  Your camper will enjoy...

Junior Camp

Theme: Growing the Fruit of the Spirit

July 9-13th, 2018

3rd-6th Grade

Key Passage: Galatians 5:22

We will be learning what it looks like to live a life in step with the Spirit through Paul's writing in Galatians. He states that the fruit of the Spirit is love. The type of love that can produce joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. God wants us to sow seeds from the fruit of the Spirit.

July 15-20 2018

Theme: The Righteousness of God

Key Passage:

Romans 1:16-17 (NKJV)  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.  (17) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH." Also, see Romans 3:21-25.

We will be studying the New Testament Letter of Paul to the Romans each day. We will be learning what God says about Himself, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, righteousness, condemnation, sin, faith, salvation, justification, redemption, sanctification, sovereignty, and Christian service.
